Graph Simulation - This flash
program compares Circadence's WARP technologies to the old TCP
technology.
Slider bars, mouse-over help, radio
buttons, and use of graphs.
Google Analytics - Logging
details on who visits the Circadence website and where they've
come from.

Animation Sidebar - Recreated
their flash animation to have more industry images.
Flash, searched for free image sites
WARP CD Cover - Improved on
previous design idea for the cover. Also gave images for them to
plug in on the front sleeve.
Flash, Photoshop, font matching
New Button to goto the Graph -
In order to get more customers to view the graph simulation, I
created this button. The colors and shine help it stand out from
the color scheme of the site.
Cool Effects Light Shirt
- I wrote this article on work that Leah and Nwanua are doing as
graduate students at the University of Colorado. These shirts have a
grid of lights that play the game of life. Wireless pda can update
the display pattern.

Ugo Ugo Lhuga is a unique TV show for kids,
playing in Japan. People interact with 3d graphics through use of a
bluescreen. Odd characters and real-time call-ins give this show
some flavor.

Kobito are little nomes that you can't see, but
they can interact with this block on your kitchen table. Smoke and
mirrors create this neat effect, that you view through a flat-screen
monitor.

Through the Looking Glass, this game allows you
to play pong with yourself! The puck is not reflected in the mirror,
and goes right on thru to your reflected self to hit.

There's a large robot on display at a Japanese museum that looks
like a kid and breathes fire when someone yells into the mic.
I animated this to represent how it looks and feels.

Sand Pile - Avalanche Simulation (June 2004)
I created this simulation to show the
exponential relationship between the size of an avalanche and it's
level of occurrence. How this works is, you drop in a piece of sand
into this grid, and if that square has a neighbor with a height 4
less that this square, it will topple over. Lots of cool options
worked into this, and a graph.

Earthscope Voyager Jr.
Earthscope Voyager Jr is a website that lets
people view a map of the US with different visual overlays, such
as volcanoes and plate tectonics. This was developed for UCAR -
University Corporation for Atmospheric Research. Our group worked
under Marianne Weingroff and Susan Eriksson.
Goal was to make the current website more user-friendly. See
the comparison of old and new! I was in charge of the
interface design for the Map section here. I designed it in
Photoshop, then cut it up and put it into Dreamweaver for editing
the website. I learned some JavaScript code for pulling up
different map images depending on the drop-down selections.

I presented our work at the VDC Women in
Technology conference during winter of 2005. At the event, there
were lots of women studying engineering areas that I got to talk
with. It was lots of fun. Download
